- 15 ml Vanilla Monin
- 50 ml vodka
- an Aperol Spritz ready mix
- 90 ml passion fruit juice
- Candy eye from Trolli
- a toothpick

WHY APEROL SPRITZ?
The Aperol Spritz's fruity aroma makes it perfect for this cocktail! The orange color also contributes positively to the Halloween appearance of the cocktail!
WHY PURE MARACUJA JUICE?
What goes better with the orange aroma of Aperol than passion fruit? In many bars the Aperol Spritz is also offered as Aperol Passion Fruit Spritz. Here too, passion fruit juice is added to the drink. So why not passion fruit juice? The juice also enhances the Halloween appearance thanks to its bright, orange color!
WHY VODKA?
In order to retain the clear, fresh taste of the cocktail, a spirit is needed that also has a clear flavor profile. Which spirit is clearer than good old vodka? We chose the classic Smirnoff because it is perfect for mixing cocktails.
WHY VANILLA MONIN?
So far we have a cocktail that is perfect to drink on a beautiful sunny terrace in summer. But isn't it already the end of October for Halloween? Right, so why so fruity? It was a given for us to add a pleasant, sweet taste. Monin Vanilla is a vanilla syrup that is ideal for mixing cocktails thanks to the clear processing of vanilla extracts. But why vanilla? We think you'll definitely find out by tasting the cocktail!
4. Recipe
- First you need the cocktail shaker. Fill this with 15 ml vanilla Monin, 50 ml vodka and 90 ml passion fruit juice. Now add ice cubes until the shaker is completely filled.
- Now shake with full energy for about 20 seconds
- Now take your cocktail glass and fill it with crushed ice. Strain the liquid from the shaker into the glass without letting any ice from the shaker get into the cocktail glass.
- Now pour the Aperol Spritz ready-mix into the glass until it is completely filled.
- Finally, just skewer the candy eye on a toothpick and place it on the cocktail. Now all that's missing is the straw
