If you order before 12 p.m. , we will ship your order the same day. Either way, we will generally process your order within 24 hours and deliver it within 1 to 2 working days . In short, in the best case scenario, your order will arrive tomorrow.

Shipping is usually carried out via our shipping service provider DHL . Your order will be picked up from us , brought to the distribution center and delivered to you expressly by the postman .

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with all shipment information and a tracking number from DHL with which you can track your delivery live.

In the rarest case, an order may be damaged during transport and cannot be returned to you in its original condition. In this case, we ask you to contact us as quickly as possible by email, telephone or via our live chat. After sending the photos of the broken package, we will immediately send you a replacement to your address.

Of course, you can also send your order to another address of your choice . In this case, we ask you to still provide your own address as a different billing address after selecting the payment method. This way we can add your address to your invoice and present it to you properly.
